RESERVATION OF TREATMENTS
It is advisable to arrange treatments in advance according to availability, to ensure the day, the hour and the therapist (if preferred). We asked for the favor to appear about 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Porto Palácio Spa has a 6-hour cancellation policy and in case of no-show, the total amount of the treatment will be charged.
DRESS CODE
The Spa offers a key for lockers, bathrobes, slippers and towels. The use of a cap is mandatory, as is the use of a bathing suit, bikini or swimming trunks. You can use your shower cap or purchase it from the Spa reception.
MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age for use of the Spa is 16 years.
