YOGA

Yoga is an activity for all ages, but it has reached increasing importance in children and adolescents, knowing today many benefits of its practice, from 3 years of age.
Some Benefits of Yoga in Children:
• It contributes to school success, improves the ability to concentrate; •Improves physical and emotional balance, self-confidence and self-control;
• Improves body awareness and promote flexibility, bone and muscle strengthening; •Cultivate a relaxed state of body and mind, decreasing anxiety;
• Teaches you to have discipline and responsibility.
Under these guidelines and goals, our yoga classes for children are divided into two levels and at different times.

AQUALUZ SWIMMING SCHOOL

At Aqualuz School of Swimming you will find classes and options for all age groups, at different levels and appropriate times at each stage of the child’s motor and psychic development, boosting their growth and sporting maturity.

CLASSES AND LEVELS:
The quality of teaching is also a constant concern, so our classes are divided into 3 levels and have a maximum limit of students per class.

In addition to the classes and with personalised prices and schedules upon consultation, we are also able to receive swimming lessons from colleges, or groups at events and private lessons.
