The client must have made the reservation at Shotelscollection.com with the lowest rate for the selected dates. The lowest price must be identified and can be booked on another site, under the same conditions as the price booked on Shotelscollection.com and with the same payment conditions as on Shotelscollection.com. The price must match the same hotel, for the same room type, for the same dates, for the same number of people, for the same currency and with the same cancellation conditions.
The best price guarantee policy does not apply to erroneous or incorrect pricing situations available on other websites. This does not apply to negotiated prices, or for companies, or for partnerships, that is, prices that are not public.
The best price guarantee policy does not apply to prices available on sites such as Priceline.com, Hotwire.com, and other equivalent sites and their affiliates that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is complete.
It does not apply to vouchers nor does it apply when the difference between prices is only a decimal value. The best price guarantee policy does not apply when the search is not made at the time of booking, since prices may fluctuate within hours due to bid and offer criteria.
The best guaranteed rate form should be sent within 24 hours of the date you have booked on Shotelscollection.com, and should be sent at least 24 hours before check in.
A discount of 5% will be applied in relation to the best price that was found by the client if it is confirmed that another site practiced a lower price than the site.
The best price guarantee policy can be canceled at any time without prior notice.
