In order to speed up the check-in process on arrival, provide us with all the necessary information and your contact details when booking – ID, CC or Passport Number | Expiry date of identification document | Date of Birth.
Check-in should be completed by one person for the whole family.
The use of facemasks is mandatory.
Keep enough space between yourself and other people and reduce the use of elevators and service points to a minimum.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning of public areas, in particular contact points such as handles, push buttons or knobs.
Hand sanitizers are available in the main public areas.
Disposable masks and gloves are available for sale at reception.
For quick check-out, please make the necessary settlements the day before your departure.
We have revamped the amenities, comfort and decorations in order to avoid the contamination of our guests.
We have reduced all paper material to a minimum, thus avoiding unnecessary handling by different people.
Guests will be informed about housekeeping rules. Cleaning may be conducted less frequently on request.
We have restructured restaurant and bar services to eliminate buffets and depending on the hotel, take-away services will be available.
Some restaurants will require pre-booking so that we can guarantee compliance with maximum capacity rules.
Guests must wear masks upon entering and exiting bars and restaurants.
Tables are set only after customers are seated.
Staff will wait at table and guests may not move around.
Menus will be available in different formats in order to eliminate handling.
Our leisure programs comply with social distancing norms. We will try to maintain relationships, in particular with the younger ones, but this will be based on activities that are risk free for participants.
The Kids Club is closed, although other games rooms will remain open.
