Where to start?
At lunch, from Monday to Friday, the menu of the day gives the right tonality to a light meal. For dinner, surprising is the keyword for Chef and his students, authentic Food Artists, who mix ingredients like creativity, imagination and dedication into every taste experience. The artistic spirit that characterizes the concept, materializes in the absence of a fixed menu, giving rise to creative traits that surprising of singular form, working the flavors of the time in highlight, with more expression to Sunday, moment in which the Chef proposes a test with different seasonal ingredients.
The School makes a difference by the skillful way it elevates the customer’s choice to the creativity of the Chefs, counting on a young and dynamic team, passionate about the gastronomy and the art of creating and surprising their dinner in two proposals:

A person who is calm and very attentive, two characteristics usually pointed out to Hugo Dias, Chef de cuisine of The Artist Porto Hotel & Bistro since January 2015. In the previous year he served as principal cook in the same space, having even helped in the construction of the innovative restaurant concept.
In addition to the operational management of the kitchen of the School and the creation of surprise recipes that characterize the restaurant of the Hotel-School, Hugo Dias also has as responsibility the training in real environment of the students of the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Porto. “Teaching and learning with students is everyday life in The Artist. A bar is not limited to space and the B'Artist is made of a menu of original cocktails, surprising snacks and a charisma of a place with experiences. B'Artist breathes art while creating ways to appreciate it.
With direct access to the modest terrace that, curiously, decorates the facade of the hotel, the B’Artist – more than a bar, is a way of being, created from the most free and spontaneous traits that an artist can have.

The House offers a varied breakfast each day, with different types of bread, natural fruit juices, and the comfort of a home-made breakfast with the flavor of the region – there are daily homemade cakes and white Port Wine and red.
Cozy and relaxed, The House Bar tells the story of Port Wine served in a glass of aromas and sensations chosen from more than 60 Charter references. In the heart of the Ribeira, there are Port wines to savor or experimental cocktails. There are queijadas, homemade cakes and a home-made breakfast, so that the comfort extends from the lodging to the meals, to the breaks, to the experiences.

The Azimute restaurant, in addition to ensuring tasty start to the day with a continental breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere, also ensures lunches and dinners with proposals ranging from pizzeria to grill, to the lighter options in summer time.
During the remodeling of the TROIA GOLF Championship Course, the Clubhouse Restaurant was built. Designed by the architect João Paciência, the Clubhouse offers the possibility of enjoying a delicious meal with the lake as scenery, and that is in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. João Paciência has created a very cozy space in a modern style. The simple lines of the building, torn by a double height glass entrance and vast windows in the south and west, offer a comfortable and open atmosphere to the golf course. On the north facing side, the spas are located, connected to a lower floor, where the caddymaster is, with direct access to the field. To the south, the living and dining areas, offer large terraces with a privileged view to the TROIA GOLF Championship Course. Especially for holes 1, 18 and lake.
